Refund and Returns Policy.

We will do everything possible to ensure your Bco experience is a positive one. But we are human, and sometimes mistakes can happen but were always willing to grow and improve.

If you are for any reason unsatisfied with your purchase or experience, please contact us as soon as you can to report the problem, and we will find an appropriate solution.

Please note that we do not issue refunds for the following scenarios.

Change of mind on products once the purchaser has taken them home.

Seasonal bunches not matching images on our site. As mentioned on our purchasing page, our fresh range changes weekly dependent on what flowers are available at the market.

Proper care from the purchaser hasn’t been taken to ensure longevity of the flowers or plants is achieved.

All refunds for orders placed online are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased or via the applicable PayPal account, if that form of payment was selected.

Purchasing Alcohol

Alcohol must be purchased as part of a pack.

f you require a pack delivered, please note that we can not leave the pack unattended due to the alcohol. Orders can not be left with anyone under the age of 18 years. In the event that nobody is home to receive the package, the order will be returned to our shop and a re delivery fee will apply.
